Er. INDERJIT GHAI  (MANAGING DIRECTOR) 

Graduated in Civil Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh (GNEC, Ludhiana) in the year 1985. After serving in the contracting and Consulting business for 15 years for Infrastructure Projects in India & Abroad, he started his own Engineering Consultancy firm to provide services in the field of Planning, Design and Construction of Infrastructure Projects. He was active member of IRC H-2 Committee (Flexible Pavement, Airfield and Runways Committee), IABSE (International group of IABSE), IRC (Indian Road Congress), ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management System Lead Auditor certified by BSI. He is Trained & Certified Road Safety Auditor duly recognized by NHAI. He is also Chairman of Civil Engineers Academy and Research Centre (a registered non-profit making society), for the cause of Civil engineering.

Masters in Bridge Engineering (MSc Bridge Engineering) from University of Surrey, United Kingdom. He has more than 11 years of experience in preliminary and detailed design of Bridges and other highway structures. He has also worked under guidance of Er. Alok Bhowmick (MD) B&S Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Noida & Er. Sanjay Kumak Jain(CEO) from 2017-2019 as a Bridge Design Engineer. During this period he has been involved in the design and proof checking of bridge structure ranging from foundation design, substructure, and superstructure. The type of bridge components designed are pile foundation , well foundation , open foundation on soil and rock , pile cap design by strut and tie method and flexural method, biaxial design of circular pier, earth retaining abutments, dirt wall , approach slab, expansion joint, bearing design , pier cap , RCC and PSC superstructure. He has hands on experience on hydraulic design of bridges, retaining wall design, the slople stability of high embankment, preparing DPR of highway structures and it’s documentation. He is Member of IABSE (International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering) and IAstructe (Indian Association of Structural Engineers). He is Certified Road Safety Auditor from IRC and CRRI.
